Domestic Orders
- Shipping Times: Dispatch within 24 hours; Delivery in 3-7 days. Express delivery available. COD available.

- Dispatch and Delivery: Most orders ship within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-7 days based on your location. These estimates may vary by distance and logistics provider. While delays may occasionally occur, we'll gladly help track your package.

- Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping within India for orders above INR 1,999. Orders below INR 1,999 incur a shipping fee of INR 100.
- COD Orders: Cash on Delivery orders may take slightly longer to arrive than prepaid shipments.
International Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) within India
- COD is available in select areas. If your area isn't serviceable, please use an alternative payment method.
- COD orders incur a charge of INR Rs 150.
- Kindly make the payment at the time of delivery before opening the package to avoid product loss.
- If the package appears tampered with, do not accept it and let us know at support@shopswirl.in.
- COD payments are accepted via cash or UPI only; card payments are unavailable.
Cancellation
To cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@shopswirl.in. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be processed.
