Store Credit
Store credit works like cash, allowing you to make future purchases at Swirl. You may use it for other items, minus reverse shipping fees.

COD Refunds
Returns on COD purchases are not available.

Return & Exchange Process

• Timeline: Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Reverse Pickup: Arranged by Swirl, with a INR 250 fee deducted from your store credit.
• Store Credit: Issued upon item approval and valid for 3 months. Each store credit code applies to one order only.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may return the item, and full store credit will be provided.
